Policies

U.S. Shipping:
I am not responsible for damaged or lost mail. I provide tracking numbers for every order to ensure package delivery, as well as pack my items with the utmost care. However, once mail has been dropped off at the post office, it is out of my control. Thank you for understanding!

If your package does happen to get damaged whilst shipping, please send a photo of the product in the condition you received it in to [email protected]. I will get in touch with you soon!

International Shipping:
As I have just expanded my resources to provide international shipping, there are bound to be some challenges. I am eager to help ensure that your packages arrive to you quickly and safely. I will be sure to provide you with as many updates on your package as I can once it has been shipped. Please keep an eye out for emails containing new inforamtion about your package.

I also will not be responsible for any customs/import fees that must be made to get the package to its destination. As I am a small shop, I do not have the capacity to cover these fees, so it will be up to the customer. Please keep this information in mind when purchasing!

If there is any difficulty getting a package delivered to you, I will do everything in my power to see it sorted. Only if I am unable to get your items to you and my products are returned back to me can I issue a refund. Thank you for understanding!

Returns/Refunds:
All sales transactions are final! I cannot do returns at this time since my shop is still growing. Please take this into consideration before purchasing!
